Please refer the instructions in the Implementation guide on how to deploy CA Service Management in Oracle RAC environment successfully. CA Process Automation and CA Business Intelligence are planning support for SQL Server 2014 and Oracle 12c in the First-half of the Calendar year 2015. This matrix will be updated accordingly upon the completion of our testing efforts.
