CCR update: APM Capacity Correlation Report

I found that the APM Capacity Correlation Report did not populate with data - despite the query APM Capacity Correlation Report validating well in SQL developer, there were some issues with the CCR 1.5 version.

Replace the relevant part of the APM_CORE.XML with this snippet.

You may also need to alter the MySQL_APM_CORE.sql file:
