After adding a new report to a menu such as Engineering, all the reports disappear from under that menu. This will happen to any menu that is modified.
Modifying a menu is via Admin > Menus > select a Menu Name and click edit.
At this point the right side which is 'Selected Reports' will be blank.
The left side which is 'Available Reports' will have a blank at the top.
The blank at the top is a report with no name. By design it should not be possible to create a report with no name, but when it happens it causes this problem.
To remove the report and resolve this problem go to Admin > Reports > set Menu: to *, The by Report: click the down arrow for the drop down list of reports. By default 'Anomaly Detector' is at the very top but in this case there will be a blank space. Select that bank space and then click Delete. There should be a pop-up message indicating the report was successfully deleted and this will resolve the problem. Now it is possible to add reports to the menus.
