Database error of CA ehealth

  • We upgrade the CA ehealth version 6.3.2.08 to 6.3.2.09.When the process is done.
  • After the installation upgrade ,we meet the logon failure error of Oneclick ehealth.
  • And then "Ehealth63" service not start,so we try to replace the license with Golden license and restore the database file from old CA version. But the restore process was failed.
  • When we start the "eHealth Tomcat63",the "eHealth63" service is not start also.
  • Later,we try again Oneclick for ehealth, we got "Data base error" message box is appear.
