Solution:
In catalog_ca_all_#_#_#_cat_v#_#_#.zip includes files with the following data:
Product Path Suite Product scope Downgrade Path Signatures
In the catalog_ca_none_#_#_#_cat_v#_#_#.zip the above are not included.
Unless you have a massively customized extended master catalog, you would want to download and import the catalog_ca_all_#_#_#_cat_v#_#_#.zip for the proper version of CA SAM that you have installed.
Note: There are ways to save customizations in the extended catalog. This would require CA Services involvement.
