Dear CA Payment Security Customer and Partner,

 

In an ongoing effort to improve the availability of our service, we will be performing network enhancements for CA Transaction Manager (formerly Transfort) and Risk Analytics (formerly RiskFort) network infrastructure. This notification provides details of the upgrade, impact and the timeline.

9/12/2015  17:00 PT or 9/13/2015 00:00 GMT

Maintenance End Time

9/12/2015  21:00 PT or 9/13/2015 04:00 GMT

Service Availability

Service interruption is anticipated during this maintenance window. Interruptions will last for approximately 15 minutes during the above mentioned maintenance window. Service impacts that are anticipated at a high level:
1. Admin console: Admins attempting to access the Admin Console, can expect the console to be unavailable for 15 minutes during this maintenance window.
2. Cardholder transactions are very likely to fail and result in a PARes status of U (Unavailable). This is expected for both ADS (Activation during shopping and regular purchase transactions. Interruptions up to 15 minutes is expected.

  1. 3. OTP Service: Customers leveraging the OTP delivery solution and validation/attempting ES registrations are expected to be impacted for up to 15 minutes.
    3. DUT Service: Intermittent connectivity issues (service unavailable) may be experienced. DUT (Data Upload Tool) jobs scheduled during the maintenance window may not pickup file/s for processing. It would be preferable if files are NOT scheduled to be transferred during the time window. The file transfer is likely to be interrupted as the transfer process may fail due to network availability issues.
