In an ongoing effort to improve the availability of our service, we will be performing network enhancements for CA Transaction Manager (formerly Transfort) and Risk Analytics (formerly RiskFort) network infrastructure. This notification provides details of the upgrade, impact and the timeline.

Service Availability
Service interruption is anticipated during this maintenance window. Interruptions will last for approximately 15 minutes during the above mentioned maintenance window. Service impacts that are anticipated at a high level: 1. Admin console: Admins attempting to access the Admin Console, can expect the console to be unavailable for 15 minutes during this maintenance window.2. Cardholder transactions are very likely to fail and result in a PARes status of U (Unavailable). This is expected for both ADS (Activation during shopping and regular purchase transactions. Interruptions up to 15 minutes is expected.
