What we need to check in this case is:
1) if the OSI of TLMS have been fully restored by running a G8UTY utility with
//G8UTY EXEC PGM=G8UTY,PARM='STATUS,TLMSOC1A'
and if the TLMSOC1A is already load we need to restore it by the same job using
//G8UTY EXEC PGM=G8UTY,PARM='RESTORE,TLMSOC1A'
and then we will be able to start CA1.
2) check if the TLMS load library is not added in the linlkist or TLMS's moduls adeed in the LINKLIB …If it is the case we need to remove all TLMS's modules to have a correct
start of CA1 for the next IPL.
