Possibility today to add / delete volumes and AUX from the VMF file without having to stop TLMS or stop tape processing

Applying the RO61694 ptf on 12.6 we have the following new functionality without having to stop TLMS or stop tape processing.

- Increase or decrease the size of the VMF

- Add or remove volume ranges in the VMF

- Move the VMF

- Add or remove AUX Records

- Add or remove AUX Messages
