How to Import Configuration Item Data Using GRLoader
You can use grloader.zip to load Configuration Itens on CA Service Desk 14.1, how to do:
1. create a directory and unzip files
2. Change excel file following your own necessity
3. RUN grloader -i grloader_sample_spreadsheet.xlsx -a -n -E -u servicedesk -p servicedesk
