CA Technologies is pleased to announce the General Availability (GA) of CA eHealth® r184.108.40.206. CA eHealth r220.127.116.11 is a maintenance update to r6.3.2.09, and includes all previous solutions delivered through that version. Please refer to the “ReadMe” document for migration paths and installation steps. Updates in CA eHealth® r18.104.22.168
The mission of CA eHealth® r22.214.171.124 is to update and enhance the device monitoring capabilities of the eHealth product for broader coverage and ease of IT Management, end to end. CA eHealth® r126.96.36.199 contains the following product updates:
Updated Third-Party Components
CA eHealth® r188.8.131.52 includes the new Certificate for Java JRE which was originally included in eHealth 6.3.2.08. This update addresses an issue where expired Java Certificates blocked one’s ability to launch and run Live Health and Live Reporting.
Key Device Certifications
The most valuable content in this maintenance release is the numerous new device certifications and certification updates. CA eHealth® r184.108.40.206 includes new support for over 100 devices from major vendors such as Cisco and numerous others.
The goal of the eHealth product team is to deliver significant mission-critical certifications in every release and maintenance kit. Please refer the ReadMe for the full list of products certified in r220.127.116.11.
Where to obtain CA eHealth® r18.104.22.168
The CA eHealth® r22.214.171.124 (the self-extracting install files for each of the supported operating systems) and associated ReadMe documents can be obtained via electronic download from our “Download Center” area on the CA Support site (http://support.ca.com).
Please fully review the ReadMe document, including the Migration Path and Install Instructions sections, before installing. It is important to note that a full backup of the eHealth database should be completed prior to patching, upgrading or updating any server system to r126.96.36.199, as a best practice. This backup will ensure a roll-back method while minimizing the potential for data loss.
How to Update or Migrate to CA eHealth® r188.8.131.52
Migration Path Information
Since all CA eHealth maintenance kits are cumulative, you can install the r.184.108.40.206 over any 6.3.2 revision in order to update. In order to determine your best migration path from an earlier eHealth revision, use the information in the migration table in the ReadMe; it describes update, upgrade, and migration paths from earlier CA eHealth revisions.

CA eHealth r220.127.116.11 has been certified with the following OS platform revisions:
- Solaris 5.10 (64-bit)
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.8 and higher (64-bit)
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5* (64-bit)
- Windows 2008 R2 (64-bit)
- Windows 2012 R2 (64-bit)
*Note: RHEL 6.x support started in eHealth r6.3.2.05, and continues through this 18.104.22.168 release.
