Currently, The System Agent at release 11.3 does not support Operating Systems with Double-Byte Character sets like the Japanese Operating System on an i5 server
The system agent cannot detect the end of a job when it is looking into the joblog of a job in the i5 spool
Following error message is displayed in the logs.
Error: E139011 Agent error response: [CPF3CF2 ERROR(S) OCCURRED DURING RUNNING OF QWPZHPT1]
IBM program QWPZHPT1 got a failure when the System Agent tries to convert the spool file characters
The System Agent has not been certified on such Operating Systems.
Enhancement request: System Agent to support double-byte character sets (DBCS)
