Title:Payment Security (Transaction Manager and RA) Scheduled Maintenance Notification 

Dear CA Payment Security Customer and Partner,

In an ongoing effort to improve the availability of our service, we will be performing network enhancements for CA Transaction Manager (formerly Transfort) and Risk Analytics (formerly RiskFort) network infrastructure. This notification provides details of the upgrade, impact and the timeline.

October 31, 2015

Maintenance Start Time

October 31, 2015 00:00 PT or October 31, 2015 07:00 GMT

Maintenance End Time

October 31, 2015 05:00 PT or October 31, 2015 12:00 GMT

Service Availability

 

During the above mentioned maintenance window, the network infrastructure enhancement will be carried out by CA’s data center service provider. CA Transaction Manager, CA Risk Analytics service and associated services might get interrupted, degraded or there could be connectivity issues or service loss for a period of 10 minutes during above maintenance period. Applications getting affected by above maintenance –

-     Rupay ,ECIP,Secureauth

 

Details

During this maintenance window, network infrastructure will be upgraded by CA's data center service provider.Further to the same,please note that 
  1. CA’s administrative console to be unavailable for the affected timeframe (if any service degradation/service loss is seen) for the 10-15 minutes mentioned below during this maintenance window.
  2. Cardholder transactions may fail for both ADS (Activation during shopping and regular purchase transactions). With interruptions up to 15 minutes is expected.
  3. OTP Service: Customers leveraging the OTP delivery solution and validation/attempting ES registrations are expected to be impacted for up to 15 minutes.
  4. DUT Service: Intermittent connectivity issues (service unavailable) may be experienced. DUT (Data Upload Tool) jobs scheduled during the maintenance window may not pickup file/s for processing. It would be preferable if files are NOT scheduled to be transferred during the time window. The file transfer is likely to be interrupted as the transfer process may fail due to network availability issues.
