Dear CA Advanced Authentication SaaS Customer,

 

We apologise for the previous communication sent out which may have caused confusion.An emergency maintenance window has been scheduled on October 31, 2015. This notification provides details of the maintenance activity and any service impact.

Maintenance End Time

October 31, 2015 05.00 Pacific Time

Service Availability

During the above mentioned maintenance window, the network infrastructure enhancement will be carried out by CA’s data center service provider. Advance Authentication associated services might get interrupted, degraded or there could be connectivity issues or service loss for a period of 10 minutes during above maintenance period.

Details

During this maintenance window, network infrastructure will be upgraded by CA’s data center service provider.
