Tags can be added to custom streams just like communities and people, and multiple tags can be added to the same stream. To create a new stream that follows a tag, head to the “News” tab from the top navigation, and click on the “+” symbol next to your existing custom streams. This will create a new custom stream.

From there, you will be brought to the stream creation page. Give your stream a name, and start typing the tag you’d like to follow into the search bar within the new stream. Once you’ve entered in your search term, click on the “Tags” tab that will pop up under the search bar, and click “Add” next to the tag you’d like to add.

Once you click “Add” you should see the tag pop up under the stream name on the left side of the page. Add any more tags, communities, or people you’d like to follow in this stream, check off the boxes for mobile or email updates (if you’d like to receive updates on this stream), and click “Done” to publish the stream. Once you click “Done” your stream will automatically populate with content that has recently been tagged, and the stream will update every time a new piece of content is created with that tag, as well as every time that tag is added to an existing piece of content.
