If you are trying to access content on support.ca.com and cannot because you don't have an Enterprise Site ID, you have a few options:

 

  1. Make sure your have registered with your correct Customer ID (Site ID). If you do not have a SIte ID or don't know what it is, contact Customer Care.
  2. Make sure your contract is current with support maintenance. If you are running an end of life, or end of service product, you may not have a current support maintenance contract. Contact Customer Care to confirm your maintenance agreement.
