If you are trying to access content on support.ca.com and cannot because you don't have an Enterprise Site ID, you have a few options:
- Make sure your have registered with your correct Customer ID (Site ID). If you do not have a SIte ID or don't know what it is, contact Customer Care.
- Make sure your contract is current with support maintenance. If you are running an end of life, or end of service product, you may not have a current support maintenance contract. Contact Customer Care to confirm your maintenance agreement.
