Administration fail - rights::.. I'm using administrator user servicedesk and CASMAdmin

I was getting a strange behavior on CA Service Desk 14.1. I was trying to start a configuration on CA SDM for a new installation, it's ok, EEM installed, SDM installed, BI installed, i did some configuration like to enable request to end users. OK, starting our configuration...and ... ops ...


I cannot update anything more on administration, my options manager button disappear like possible the user don't have rights to update, i tried restart services,  i looked for  configuration on user, data partition and role, but, it was, ok.







Remembering, what was the lasts updates: tenancy.




I could found tenant configuration without tenant, yes. was configured without any tenant, no one. Therefore:



Symptom: Administrators cannot update options manager


Solution: create at least one tenant
