Step 1:  If your change is related to legal name change or you have moved locations, Download amd complete the Company Name and Location Change Form .

              Note:  If you have other minor changes, start with Step 2.

 

Step 2:  Contact CA Customer Care and a Specialist will gather your information and begin the update process
