What do i need to open a support case with CA Technologies Support?

You can open a case online via CA Support Online if you have enrolled for CA Support. You will need your CA site ID to open a case online or to obtain telephone support.

You must have active maintenance to obtain support. If you obtained your CA product from a reseller and have a maintenance contract with that reseller, please contact that CA reseller.
