You are using CA Datacom VSAM Transparency in batch for many years but don’t know where to look for the source of the
batch VSAM Interface Table (VIT) or have even lost it ?
Know that you can run the batch CA Datacom VSAM Transparency Table Reporting Utility (EXEC PGM=DVVTPPR) to print the content of that VIT
showing the Datacom table names and the DBIDs .

Chapter 12: Producing and Evaluating Reports
The Batch CA Datacom VSAM Transparency Table Reporting Utility enables you to produce either of the following reports:
■ VSAM Interface Table Report (for batch VITs only)
■ Multiple CA Datacom/DB Table Report (for online or batch MDTs)
see example JCL - specify beginning in column 1 the load
module name for the batch VSAM Interface Table that you are using .
