Why can’t I update my email address for my ca.com profile?

If you are an Enterprise user on support.ca.com you have advanced access to CA Support Online. For security purposes it is not possible to update your email address when you have this type of access.
It will require verification if you need to keep all the same access and change email address. You can contact CA Customer Care via phone or open a Customer Care Request form to help make this change.

When submitting request provide the following information:

    • Current email address
    • New email address
    • If you need to retain the same access to the same sites be prepared to provide approvals in the event your new email domain is not associated to the Sites you currently have access
    • If you need access to new Sites, please provide those Site IDs.
