Customer Notification:

 

“Layer7tech.com migrates to support.ca.com for CA API Gateway Users

Beginning Friday, May 13, users of Layer7tech.com will be directed to support.ca.com.

You will not have access to open a case online from 8:00 pm Eastern May 13 to 9:00am Eastern May 14. If you have technical issues during this time, please call 1-800-225-5224. From outside North America, find your local phone number at ca.com/phone.

New to support.ca.com?

-              Beginning May 14, at 9:00 am Eastern, new support.ca.com members must activate their accounts by resetting your password using the same login email used on Layer7tech.com. Reset Your Password.

-              For detailed instructions on case management, reference: Working with CA Support.

 

Current user on support.ca.com

-              Beginning May 14, at 9:00 am Eastern, you may select CA API Gateway as a product for Case Management, Downloads, and Knowledge Base Article Search

補足:

 

2016年5月13日(アメリカ東部標準時間)に「Layer 7 Customer Portal 」は「CA Support Online 」に移行します。

移行後はサポートケースの管理、技術文章の参照、及び製品のダウンロードは「CA Support Online 」で行います。

 

なお、旧ポータルサイト「Layer7 Customer Portal」のアカウントをお持ちの方は、

「Layer7 Customer Portal」のアカウントに紐付いたメールアドレスをCA Support OnlineのアカウントIDに利用してログインをお試しください。

ログインができない場合は、パスワードの初期化をした上で改めてログインをお試しください。
