Clarity Configuration Automation

This guide will show you how to tweak or modify existing CCA r12.8.3 (and greater) Reports with Jaspersoft.

1. Download and installJaspersoft® Studio | Jaspersoft Community on your local environment (not on the CCA Server)
2. Once installed, run the JasperSoft Studio
3. Under the File Menu, navigate to Import
4. Expand General and select File system, click Next
5. Either Hit the Browse button on top or manually entering (selecting) the CCA Server's Report Folder path (ex: \\<CCA Server>\Program Files\CA\CCA Server\tomcat\webapps\ROOT\\WEB-INF\\JasperInstances)
6. In the top left panel, checkbox JasperReports
   
7. Select MyReports from the Into Folder section
8. Click Finish
9. Note: Backup the reports before continuing
10. Hit Ok, this will now import all the reports you can modify
11. Modify by double clicking on the .jasper file that has the name of the report (folder)
    
12. Note: it is highly recommended not to modify any of the input parameters
13. You can modify the reports as needed, which CCA will still execute
