Validate access to Support Online Portal

1. Navigate to https://support.ca.com
2. Log in with your previous username/password, if you get errors, please click on the forgot password link to have the password reset
   

   or call 1-800-225-5224 -> option 2 -> option 2 to have your account reset.

3. If you do not see the Product name listed in the All Products drop down list, please open a case with our Customer Care team to make this product available. Link: Customer Care Team  

How to download CA API Management (formerly Layer 7)

1. After accessing our online CA Support Online Portal, please complete the below steps to download the Product:
2. Navigate to our Support Online Download Center: Link to Product Downloads Page
   • Did not not see the Product name in your All Products drop down list, Request the product be made available by going here: 
     Customer Care Team or Customer Care Representative (Our Customer care team also generates Product Licenses for all APIM Products)
     
     
3. Click on Download DVD*.iso to start the download
