What to do when getting a "File not found by glob: tim-[1-9]*.rpm" message during an APM 9.7.x/10.x TIM installation on MTP.
Solution:
During the installation, seeing the following:Package name: tim-mtpUninstalling old version of package "tim-mtp"tim package is not installedtim-saas package is not installedExtracting package "tim-mtp"Installing package "tim-mtp"******************************************************Checking Pre-requisites ******************************************************OS Version check ... FAILEDOnly RHEL/CentOS 5.x is supported for appliance.Platform Version check ... PASSEDDuplicate TIMs check ... PASSEDRPM dependencies check ... PASSED******************************************************error: File not found by glob: tim-[1-9]*.rpmError installing package "tim-mtp" This error happens because of the CentOS version shipped with MTP 10.1/10.2 (5.11), which is not on the supported OS version checklist for the TIM installer. We do certify APM 9.7.x/10.x TIM with MTP 10.1/10.2. However, it requires the below workaround for successful installation:

Installing the TIM 10.1/10.2 HotFix to support MTP 10.4/10.5 (CentOS 6.7) will also result in a similar messageOnly RHEL/CentOS 5.8 5.9 5.10 6.0 6.1 6.2 6.3 6.4 6.5 6.6 are supported.
