  • Appearance and Personalization

  • Display

  • Select Adjust ClearType Text

  • Deselect Turn On ClearType

  • Click Next for the remaining steps until you have completed the wizard

  • Click Finish.

After these changes are applied, the APM Workstation will be able to launch successfully.
