Verify that the agent profile includes the OSB-full.pbl or OSB-typical.pbl file. SPM is a prerequisite for the above configuration.

Deploy SPM first and then add the OSB extension.

Check that the OSBAgent jar file is copied to the agent ext directory.

Restart the agent to verify OSB metrics in Investigator.
