Downloads from support.nimsoft.com now available from support.ca.com

 

To deliver a more consistent experience across all of your CA products, we have migrated the content on support.nimsoft.com to support.ca.com. The migration to support.ca.com also provides the following benefits:

 

A single starting point

You can use support.ca.com to download products and patches, manage your support cases, and access documentation from one convenient location.

 

Multiple download options

Using support.ca.com, you can now download products and patches from within your browser, or using either FTP or a download manager.

 

Downloading products from support.ca.com

To download products, log in to support.ca.com and choose Download Center. From there, you will have access to all products connected to your profile. If you
do not see the products you are looking for, contact customer care.

 

Downloading CA UIM Probes

You may use the Admin Console in CA Unified Infrastructure Management to download probes. For more information on each
of these methods, download this document from the CA Community
