Problem: The Password Management UI page Targets>Scheduled Jobs does not list any jobs although there were jobs defined in the past that should be shown.
Cause: This is observed on a cluster node while the cluster is in the OFF state and the node is locked.
Solution: Go to the Config>Synchronization page on the primary node and turn the cluster back on, or go to the same page on the affected node and unlock the node using the Unlock button at the bottom of the page. Note that any changes on a node other than the primary node will be lost when the cluster is turned on.
