CABI4::. Error - Database error IES 10901

Description:

Datababase error: [DataDirect][ODBC OpenAccess SDM Driver]An Error occurred, but no diagnostics are available..(IES 10901) (Error: INF)

 

The following error occurred when running a WEBI Report in InfoView . The problems persists even after restart CA Bi Services.

 

 

IF... when refresh (the report) the error changes for:

 

 

Solution:

Follow the steps of the following knowledge .

01. Open CA SDM Server

02. Check the ODBC services

  • CA Service Desk Manager ODBC Agent
  • CA Service Desk Manager ODBC Data Access

 

 

 

 

 

When running Web Intelligence (WEBI) report in Infoview, receive error "AHD12020:Can't find ODBC session 1799904666 - (WIS 10901)" and "An internal error occurred while calling processDPCommands API. (Error ERR_WIS_30270)".
