01. Open CA SDM Server
02. Check the ODBC services
- CA Service Desk Manager ODBC Agent
- CA Service Desk Manager ODBC Data Access
When running Web Intelligence (WEBI) report in Infoview, receive error "AHD12020:Can't find ODBC session 1799904666 - (WIS 10901)" and "An internal error occurred while calling processDPCommands API. (Error ERR_WIS_30270)".
