How can I find my LMPKEY License keys online?

1. Login to Support Online
2. Click on “Menu” and choose “Licensing”

   3.Go to “LMP Licensing Keys” and click on "Click for more details"

What should I do if my LMPKEY License keys are missing?

1. This could be due to the contract for the licenses being booked under different Site ID, i.e. different location of the same company, different subsidiary name etc. Find out under which Site ID the contract has been booked. Once you know the different Site, you can request additional site access.
2. Gather necessary details for LMP license keys listed in this document then contact CA Licensing to request license keys.
