Why are the Dynamic Labs not assigned for my WBT?

IssueI purchased a WBT and cannot see the Dynamic Labs


Solution: This could be because you have not initiated your WBT course yet. When you start
accessing the WBT course the associated Dynamic Labs will get initiated automatically.

Please go through the steps mentioned on your initial registration confirmation email (see example below).

This self-directed activity includes access to a virtual lab environment.

Here are the steps to complete this training:


  1. Run the connectivity checker: Click here. Failure
    to do this might mean you cannot start your labs.
  2. Log in to your Training Schedule in the Learning Management
    System to access your course or for more details on your registration.

  3. Complete online course 99MBU10000:
    Welcome to Dynamic Labs
  4. Start the Dynamic Lab activity 40API20069: CA API Gateway v8.x: Foundations 200 and
    download the guide(s) from the Resources link in your WBT.
  5. Use the links in the email that you receive from EducationLabs@ca.com to access your virtual
    lab. Follow your guide to run through the labs using the virtual image.


Additional Details for Customers/Partners: CA Customers and Partners will have access to the virtual lab environment for 60 days.
