Customer not able to find completed course

Problem/Behaviors:

> Customer can’t find complete courses listed

> Customer can’t access the completed courses

> Customer accidentally clicked complete button and can’t see the course anymore

What is cause of this issue?

This is because the course has moved from “current registrations” list into the “completed registrations” list.

The customer can access these courses by performing the following steps:

 

Resolution:

  1. Follow the path: Learner --> Learn --> Training Schedule

 

2. Use the drop down menu to select “Completed Registrations” or ‘Current Activities” to view the courses listed in the  yellow highlighted areas to access them.
