There will be no "Open a Case" access from Friday, August 26 at 8pm until Sunday, August 28 at 12am. If you need to open a case during this time, please call 1-800-225-5224. Current open and support cases closed within the last 15 months have been moved to the CA Support portal along with Knowledge Base Articles and Downloads.
