Introduction:
A customer will receive the Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) Notification Email from CA after the fully signed contract is booked into CA's contract system which provides the information like Site ID, purchased products and their download information (if applicable).
The below article contains an example of one such email on which pertinent information is highlighted.

Below is the layout of an Electronic Software Delivery Notification Email:
Sender - eDelivery@ca.com
Recipient – the nominated Technical Contact stated in the corresponding contract
Subject - CA Software delivery for Contract # xxxxxxxx
Account Information – important information about the Account such as:
– Enterprise Site ID (also called Company ID and used to enroll for CA Support Online)
– Company Name (or Reseller Name)
– Contact Name (Technical Contact)
– Contract Number
– End User Name
– Purchase Order Number
Products Purchased – there are two types of products:
1. ESD PRODCUTS – Products that are electronically down-loadable from CA Support Online
2. NON ESD PRODUCTS – Products that are not electronically down-loadable from CA Support Online
