Introduction:

- When it comes to uninstalling UIM, there is info in the official documentation of the product, more precisely:

https://docops.ca.com/ca-unified-infrastructure-management/8-4/en/installing-ca-uim/install-uim-server/uninstalling-uim-server

- However, when it comes to uninstalling UMP, there are a few items to be aware of...

- Some customers may navigate trying to find the right uninstaller and end up using the "wrong" one. For example, "./installUMP_linux.bin" (which contains these 2 options:)

   1- Reinstall UMP 8.4.0.0

2- Launch the uninstaller for UMP 8.4.0.0

- When trying to uninstall UMP by using this installer, the uninstall fails. It hangs and the following error can be seen in the uninstall log:

Installer: No 'sea_loc' in working directory, could not define $EXTRACTOR_EXECUTABLE$
