#Watches has been released as GA to all SaaS customers!
Based on customer feedback provided during our Limited Beta, as well as UX research, we have released the following new functionality.
(1) Ability to add a watcher from a work items' detail page (EDP)
- This change greatly simplifies the steps needed to add a watcher to a work item.
- Adding a watcher to a work item was previously only available from the Watches page. This functionality was difficult to discover and a user was only able to add a watcher to a work item they were themselves watching. This is no longer the case.
- A user can simply click the ‘+’ or ‘#’ next to the ‘Watch/Unwatch’ button on the Editable Detail Page and select the watcher they would like to add.
(2) State column added to watches page to improve watch rule management
