Tech Tip: CAAlcatel5620Sam_v11R5 device pack re-certification

Symptoms: 

The CAAlcatel5620Sam_v11R5 device pack has been re-certified with Alcatel/Nokia 5620 SAM 14 R1 release .Customers have reported that there were issues pertaining to accounting stats, OAM stats and jms-plugin.

 
Enviornment :
 
CA Mediation Manager release 2.8 release
CAMM_2.8.0 is a prerequisite for installation of this patch.
 

Resolution:

 
A hot-fix is available by request from CA Technical Support. Please contact CA Technical Support to request the
temporary fix PTF_2.8.0_01.tar.gz.
