Problem:

Wasp is Active and running but UMP is not loading. Getting the below error message in portal.log.

03 Nov 2016 15:53:47,907 ERROR [DataFactoryException:116] com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The connection is closed.

Environment:

UIM 8.47 wasp 8.47

Cause:

Max Perm size is running out of memory and not necessarily the main memory.
