Resolution:
2. The screenshot indicates that the user does not have the correct password to log into www.ca.com . It is not the issue with Education Portal. Hence click Forgot Your Password? Link as indicated below.
3. This will take you to the below screen. Please enter the email address in the box indicated by the arrow mark that you have used to self-register or the salesperson has used to get you registered into the course.
4. Please click on the link sent to the email address that you have just provided to reset your password and create a new password to login into www.ca.com and CA learning portal to access the course you have been registered into.
5.Select " My Learning Dashboard".
6.In the learning dashboard, you will find a list of any pending training.
