How can I raise an enhancement request for Agile Central?

While other CA products leverage CA Communities for product enhancements, Agile Central utilizes CA Agile Central Idea Manager. We encourage customers to post their ideas on CA Agile Central Idea Manager at http://ideas.rallydev.com/ to garner additional discussion and votes from other CA Agile Central users. Then, share the link to your idea to a relevant (or new) discussion post in the CA Agile Central Community (https://communities.ca.com/community/ca-agile-central) to secure votes and comments for the idea!

 

If you do not already have an login for Idea Manager, send an email to ideas@rallydev.com requesting a new account.

 

 

Customer requests are an important part of our product backlog, so please continue to submit any suggestions you believe would be useful. Ideas will go through a review process that includes:

 

- Documenting and submitting your request to Product Management
- Aggregating similar requests into a single request
- Reviewing and prioritizing each request
- Scheduling the request for a specific release if appropriate
