Why can’t I access my Dynamic Labs for my WBT course?

  • I recently took WBT course and am no longer able to access my Dynamic Lab
  • My dynamic labs seems to have expired
  • I am unable to access EducationLabs@ca.com


Possible Reasons:

  • Once a registered user starts accessing the WBT, the Dynamic Labs are initiated and access to them is available for 60 days after the first time they accessed (example below)

  • The run time assigned of the dynamic labs has expired as the user forgot to Pause/Suspend the labs when not in use (Parameter highlighted in yellow in the below example)

  • The user can take the WBT course as many times but not the Dynamic Labs
  • There could be an issue with the WBT registration itself. In such cases please contact CA Customer Assistance 

Possible Resolution:

  • Please reach out to your regional Education Sales Representative(ESR) who processed your course registration
  • If you purchased this course via the Marketplace, please send an email to EDUOperations@ca.com requesting the lab be extended so you can complete the course
