Support Portal: How to view and update an open case

This article will show how to view and update cases on the support.ca.com portal.

 

Log into support.ca.com, click on "Case Management"

 

You will now be able to click on "My Cases" ( yellow arrow) to view cases opened by yourself or "Search cases" ( green arrow) to find cases opened by any other user.

Once you have located the case you want to view or update, click on the case number to open it:

 

You will now see blue boxes you can click on to add a case comment, attach a file, change the severity or close the case:
