This article will show how to view and update cases on the portal.


Log into, click on "Case Management"


You will now be able to click on "My Cases" ( yellow arrow) to view cases opened by yourself or "Search cases" ( green arrow) to find cases opened by any other user.

Once you have located the case you want to view or update, click on the case number to open it:


You will now see blue boxes you can click on to add a case comment, attach a file, change the severity or close the case:
