Why is distsrv using only one thread after the other to deploy packages ?
When packages are deployed on hubs that have multiple tunnels configured, the distribution will go in one by one thread. When packages are deployed on hubs with no tunnels, the packages are deployed in multiple threads. The number of threads can be configured in the distsrv probe raw configuration max_inst value. The default is 10.
