Tech Tip - CA Privileged Access Manager: "Invalid Status" error

Mostly "Invalid Status" error window will pop when you check session logs or browse through Manage Groups etc..

 

Resolution:

From Config/Logs:

"You must select the 'Enable logging to the external server' checkbox and then select 'external' from the drop-down /Update and then uncheck the 'Enable logging to the external server'/local/Update checkbox.

 

Note: Root cause not known.
