Identity Portal takes a long time to load

Issue:

Identity Portal takes a long time to load and the log shows a lot of jgroup warn messages concerning org.jgroups.protocols.pbcast.GMS.

 

Cause:

This is caused by stale data in the Identity Portal database JGROUPSPING table. This has no effect on the performance of functionality of Identity Portal, it simply delays the loading by 10-15 minutes.

 

Workaround:

Truncate the JGROUPSPING table.
