USM fails to load dashboard after upgrade to 8.51
After upgrade to UIM 8.51 USM fails to load dashboard because of a problem occured to upgrade EMS probe.
Error messages seen in the portal.log from UMP server:

1) Deactivate ems probe 2) Deactivate trellis probe 3) Delete the ems probe and delete the entire ems folder from disk 4) Deploy ems 9.01 probe from the archive 5) Activate trellis probe and ems probe
