This article will help create standalone CABI dashboards with automatic login via the UMP and CABI/Jaspersoft

CABI Standalone Dashboards using the UMP:

1. Add a new page in UMP, the CABI portlet and select the Dashboard via the portlet preferences.

2. In the CABI portlet select: portlet configuration > sharing > and take a copy of the instance link (screenshot below)

3. For automatic login add: ?user=<username>&password=<password>

Example link:<username>&password=<password>

CABI Standalone Dashboards using CABI/Jaspersoft

1. Sign into CABI/Jaspersoft (http://<CABI_Server_IP or hostname>:<port>/cabijs)

2. Go to the dashboard in question, right click and select "Run in New Tab"

3. Take a copy of the link e.g. http://<CABI_Server_IP or hostname>/cabijs/dashboard/viewer.html#%2Fpublic%2Fca%2Fuim%2Fdashboards%2Fcommon%2Falarm_summary

- For automatic login use: j_username=<username>&j_password=<password>

- You can also add “decorate=no” to make the dashboard full screen

4. Between html and the # add the following: ?j_username=superuser&j_password=superuser&decorate=no

Example link:

http://<CABI_Server_IP or hostname>/cabijs/dashboard/viewer.html?j_username=superuser&j_password=superuser&decorate=no#%2Fpublic%2Fca%2Fuim%2Fdashboards%2Fcommon%2Falarm_summary

**NOTE - We do not synchronize passwords for the UIM users into CABI, so if you want to use a real UIM user (not superuser) you will need to log in to CABI and set a password for that user.**
