When there is a robot installed on the server pointing to a drive C:\program files (x86)\Nimsoft and afterwards there is another robot and hub installed on the same server pointing to drive F:\nimsoft, the Nimsoft Robot Watcher Service will point to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\bin\nimbus.exe" instead to the new Path F:\Nimsoft. This will cause that the hub.exe process is never started by the controller out of the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\" location. You may also see a missmatch in installed versions.
Why can we not login to the hub with IM and UMP after the installation of a robot and a hub.
The solution is to uninstall the robot from the C:\program files (x86)\Nimsoft verify the Nimsoft Robot Watcher Service has been removed from the Service Control panel.
Reinstall the robot and hub into the folder F:\Nimsoft and verify you are now able to login to the hub with IM and UMP.
