Tech Tip - CA Privileged Access Manager: "Error: integration of LDAP with PAM"

PROBLEM:

 

Testing the integration of LDAP with PAM, appears the following error "An error occurred launching the LDAP Browser, please restart your session". We restart the session but the problem happens every time.

 

SOLUTION:

 

Sometimes the internet browser internal cache causes problems with CA PAM applets. When this happens, you may empty the browser cache and retry, or use the CA PAM client.
