How to add a new field while we export the ticket (incident) list

Introduction:

Analysts can export list results to Excel for use outside of CA Service Desk Manager.

Instructions:

The solution is to add the field (example Configuration Item (Affected Resource)) using WSP (Web Screen Painter) and get the form below:

When you export after adding this field, you get:
